Over the past two years I’ve been very quiet. Life has shifted and changed, time passing by as if it were water in a stream. While my Instagram and blog entries were few and far between the pages of my journal filled quickly. Memories, reflections, ideas and prayers were scribbled on the pages. 2016 was a year that I’ll never forget. It’s the year that Daniel and I started working together, the year that we realized how little we really needed, that our marriage could be something great and the year that we found out our sweet little Arthur would be joining the world.
2017 we purchased our first home, welcomed Arthur into the world and said goodbye to our sweet Bella. Yet another year full of so much change. As I’m typing this we’re already well into 2018 and I can’t believe how quickly time is passing us by. Arthur is growing so quickly, his little character is forming. He’s the happiest little guy and my heart melts when he smiles at me.
Below is one of my favorite photos of Daniel and I. It’s right after we found out that Arthur was going to be a part of this world. We were in Lillian, Alabama staying at a campground on the coast. It was a great little spot and one I’ll always remember.
