As Rachel and I roamed around St. Simons Sunday morning I couldn’t help but notice the dark clouds that were creeping in. I just knew that it was going to pour, but on the coast things can change quickly and right before we started Heather and Blake’s engagement session the sky cleared and sunlight beamed through the trees. Thank goodness!
Heather and Blake met at Georgia State and College their sophomore year and have been together ever since! I’ve known Heather since high school and as silly as this sounds I’ve been hoping for the past few years that I’d get to be her photographer. Whenever I got her inquiry I did a little happy dance, this is one great lady and I am so excited for everything that is ahead of her and Blake!
These two love history so when Heather mentioned Fort Frederica as a location I couldn’t wait. The property is filled with gorgeous Oak trees with moss dripping from each branch. The light that filters through is so gorgeous and the weather was perfect! Seriously, things couldn’t have been better! We had so much fun roaming around and exploring and then we headed to one of the prettiest docks! Just wait till you see the photos! Heather and Blake thank you for taking the time to roam around with me, I can’t wait for your wedding!!!
Heather you are gorgeous!
These make my heart MELT! Anna you’ve done it again! LOVE these and LOVE my sweet friends!
Love these, Anna!!! The light is absolutely gorgeous!!!
I cannot stop looking at these. You captured perfectly the relationship between Blake and Heather. I can’t even imagine what the wedding pics will be like
