We made a trip to Eli’s family’s farm for their engagement session and it was just like I remember it so many years ago. Their great grandmothers home sits on the front of the property and it was a beautiful and sentimental backdrop for the first part of their session. It wasn’t my first time to the farm. Years and years ago I photographed his older brother’s wedding and I can’t believe that we now have the opportunity to photograph his. Their family knows how to make anyone feel welcomed and we loved the time that we had with them! Only in the South will people invite you in their home and offer you a drink. Eli proposed to Alina at the lake nestled in the back of the property, it’s always so special when we are able to use a location that means to much to the couple. These two have some of the kindest hearts around and we are so thankful we get to document this precious time in their lives!
